How-to Not be a Little Bitch Ever Again

Nobody ever remembers a little bitch. You leave no legacy behind when you spend your life being weak. Nobody cares about you nor do they praise you when you live like a coward.

Legacy = currency.

I want to see you get the most out of life. I want you to be the life of the party. I don’t want you to feel sorry for yourself or to be pathetic. I want you to look your best.

This site is dedicated to getting the most out of life. As corny as that sounds, I firmly believe that everyone reading this can have an amazing life.

I just had to write this article. There’s no way around it. Too many man are weak these days. It makes me sick. Being weak leads to less money, no SEX (don’t even try to pretend), a boring life, a crappy physique, and a overall LAMENESS.

The good news is that you can prevent becoming a little bitch.

How can you NOT be a little bitch?

Always hit your workouts.

Don’t miss workouts. The world is your gym and you can train anywhere at any time.

Don’t give pathetic excuses. Don’t miss out. You have to hit your workouts.

The reason that I don’t accept any excuses because I’ve never seen someone feel guilty about working out. The most depressing thing is NOT working out. The hardest part is getting started. Once you bust out those first ten pushups you can’t stop. You want to keep on going. You feel glad that you want.

Never miss your workouts and you won’t be a little punk.

Never EVER compromise yourself.

Seriously, be passionate about your hobbies to the point of ridicule. Don’t be a little bitch! Be proud of who you are and what you do.

Quick case study:

I have a friend that only workouts when he’s single. As soon as he gets a girlfriend he stops working out. He also naturally drops his friends.

This is pathetic. Inexcusable. Embarrassing.

Never compromise who you are.

Yes, I know that a relationship is about compromise. Alright, cool. So change what time you workout or go together. Don’t stop something because your partner tells you to! Don’t stop working out or hanging out with your best friends because of a new relationship. The second you compromise yourself is when you become pathetic.

Don’t waste time.

“A man who dares to waste one hour of time has not discovered the value of life.” — Charles Darwin

How could you waste precious time? Money comes and goes. Time goes and never comes back. You never get time back.

Here’s how weak people waste time:

  • Waiting for others that don’t value YOUR time.
  • Sitting around.
  • Watching random programs that you don’t care about.
  • Sitting in front of the computer playing video games.
  • In relationships that don’t make you happy.
  • Doing things for no reason.

I know that we can’t always be productive. It’s fun to get wasted, lounge, or just do nothing. Just don’t do this every single day. That’s sad.

Stop feeling sorry for yourself.

You must do this RIGHT NOW. You can’t live an unreal life if you always feel sorry for yourself.

Here are some quick shots of reality.

  1. You’re out of shape because you eat crappy food.
  2. Your sex life sucks because you lack in confidence. Stop missing your workouts and eating like crap.
  3. Your income sucks because you don’t have the balls to go after the big bucks. You’re too busy hiding in the shadows.

Yes, depression is serious. You should consult a professional. There are ways to deal with it! You can start by adding more play to your life.

Be totally obsessed with something.

It’s okay to be obsessed/passionate/crazy about something. That’s true happiness.

I’m obsessed with blogging, helping others, and working on my own projects. Everyone that dates me or hangs out with me knows this. They usually don’t like it, but I’m not going to compromise myself.

When I get a new idea, I have to sit down and write it out. I don’t care what time it is.

I’m also obsessed with my workouts. I’m not going to miss a workout because someone tells me to. I refuse to miss a workout or eat crappy food when I don’t feel like it.

A few final tips…

Let’s finish off strong here:

  1. Be loyal to your friends/family. Your family and friends will always be there for you. Your job and current partner can and will walkout. Stay loyal.
  2. Always fulfil your commitments. If you say you’re going to do something, you better do it! Don’t make excuses or bail.
  3. Don’t complain about being tired. Nobody cares if you’re tired. Man up and chug a coffee. Better yet, eat well and get some damn rest.
